I've noticed a serious lack of Monarch's this year, but I managed to snap a shot of this one.
Anyone else notice less Monarch's this year?

We had more Monarchs on their northward migration than we usually do since we are not on their normal path.
The cooler weather up north sent them further eastward this spring following warm weather.

Beautiful Netty...just beautiful...Yes, I noticed less butterflies this year. I thought it was because we had such cold weather so late in the season..I had planted a butterfly bush for them and I guess it will have to wait for them a year or so...I even bought another hydrangea tree because they loved the other one so much last year...Sherry

That is a beautiful shot of the monarch, Netty. I think it will be a little while before we see any here. They are so beautiful.
I have been seeing more and more butterflies the past few days. I will post some pics soon, hopefully.
