Question Question for southern gardeners. I'm growing my first Question veggie garden here in the south. When do I put in a fall crop? I'm doing spinach, beets, Leeks, garlic, some Chinese greens. Any tips? Thanks,

In Texas they start usually in the middle of August.Sometime beginning of Sept.I'm not sure about S.C.

Okay, Glendann. I thought so, but it seems so hot to be starting new seeds. Well, I'll find out. This is NC, so maybe earlier. I'll make photos of new plants. Thank you.
