Such great photos. It is sad that birds/animals take better care of their young than some people take care of their young? They take a bath, get a drink then have dinner!!!! Thanks so much for sharing.

Don't those guys look smart. Their colours really are quite striking.
I like it when you post bird fotos, Sherry.
Thanks again for some excellent shots.

What a wonderful family and your pictures certainly do them justice Sherry. I may never get to see a blue jay in real life but you definately let us see them in all their glory.

Wow what a shot, we had some baby Jays flying around our yard a few weeks ago, they are pretty birds, but they don't play nice with other birds.

Thanks for showing the pictures, they're very good.

Peppersage....the Blue jays here seem to get along pretty well with other birds. In fact I was noticing how the black birds chase them off of the tray feeder. They must not be as aggressive as some areas of the country. I have a shot with a couple mourning doves on the ground and sparrows in the same photo with the jays.

Sherry ... Sounds like you have some very polite Jay Birds. Well mine don't always chase every one away, we had a robin nest in our yard too. Of course, Robbins can hold there own. Sometimes they just get in the mood to chase, especially sparrows.
