Aww Eileen that's absolutely beautiful Is that from more memory? So detailed! It amazes me more and more everyday of the talent on these forums Shocked I used to love drawing birds as well when I was younger. I don't know what is so appealing about them but they just are great to draw.

I think I speak for everyone here when I say MORE! Very Happy

That's really excellent! I wish I could draw that well. My father is an artist, and is pretty famous locally, but I didn't inherit any of his talent.

Laughing Laughing I take it you approve then EJ? Thanks for the comments everyone. Very Happy I'm never sure how good my work is as I rarely show it to anyone outwith the family.... and they're obviously biased. Wink
It takes me months to do a drawing though as I'm a bit of a perfectionist I'm afraid.
At the moment I'm working on another owl - this time a Barn Owl. My eldest lad, Duncan, gave me an ornament a while back which I'm trying to base my drawing on.
I'll let you see it and the sketch once I'm done.
