I hope I can put this on here, if not feel free to take it off.
I received this little movie clip in an e-mail from a relative that has 2 brothers serving in the military..I know I will use it..

Be patient...if it is busy, I put it on a couple sites.

So simple but what a nice way to thank those who put their lives on the line for us all.

When approaching someone in the military, place your hand (kinda cupped) over your heart and slowly move it forward, down and out with your hand still cupped. They will know what you mean and are doing, and they will certainly appreciate it. (I hope this is a fairly good description).

I sent the video to my son and asked him to play it for his group of friends.

Thank you for sharing it with us. I know there's been many times I've wanted to say thanks and didn't. That clip was a blessing and I'll remember that sign.

I can't wait until I see someone in the Military to use this sign. That way I will know if they know what it means. My husband said that another thing we could do was mouth "thank you" as you are doing it if they are looking. I thought that was a good idea too...
