Just wanted to share a picture of a humming bird nest that is at my mother-in-laws house. She has a wind chime that hangs outside her livingroom window and every year for the past 3 years the hummer has raised babies in this nest. Liz takes the chimes down in the fall so the weather doesn't harm the nest and then hangs it back in the spring. The hummer adds to the nest and starts her laying of eggs. Pretty neat huh?

So that's a hummingbird nest. I didn't know they looked like that. How tall will they build? It looks like a small tower already. Fascinating, thanks for sharing.
