There should be a setting within your Picasa account to switch your album from private to public Chinabeach.
If you are having trouble with Picasa you can also use PhotoBucket. We explain how to posts photos from PhotoBucket here:

It worked this time, but is there any chance you can make the pictures larger? It is too small to see any details of the plant

When you go to the link if you click on the picture you will be redirected to another page and at the top left hand side where it says slideshow you should be able to click on that to see more clearly.Please try.Thanks
