I like the layout of the second garden - just my taste!! There are elements of the first garden that I like but I find it too 'busy' and would take away the central trees that are blocking the view of the summerhouse. _________________

The second design is much better. The first one is entirely too busy and in short order will become overcrowded and unruly. Always keep in mind what a planting will look like when it matures, rather than what it looks like when you purchase it. _________________ http://www.lawntimes.com
