I like the layout of the second garden - just my taste!! Very Happy There are elements of the first garden that I like but I find it too 'busy' and would take away the central trees that are blocking the view of the summerhouse.

The second design is much better.
The first one is entirely too busy and in short order will become overcrowded and unruly.

Always keep in mind what a planting will look like when it matures, rather than what it looks like when you purchase it.
