I can see the photo both times on here but sadly i do not know the name, it is very pretty though! good luck identifying it I am sure someone here will be able to help you

hey thanks for the help but unfortunately thats not the flower.
i saw the flowers in montana. each flower is a separate plant and there are only a few leaves at the very bottom of the stem.

I think it's a Calochortus subalpinus.

I agree with Droopy because of the 'fuzzinesss' of the flower. I think it's Calochortus subalpinus too.
(Subalpine Mariposa Lily.)
