Ok, so im thinking on buying one of those whopper seed starter kits but was wondering if it is ok to plant seeds of different plants right next to each other. (nothing to crazy, just deferent tomatos and a few veritys of peppers) I assume its ok to grow different kinds of tomatos right next to each other but is it also ok to do with peppers? Also, when is the best time to start pruning tomato plants and do you have to do anything like that with banana or chili peppers? Lastly, how do you know how much plant food to put in and how often do you do it? Do you just go off directions on the back or something? Confused

You'll find some tomato info in this thread: http://www.gardenstew.com/about9609-15.html. I also know that Sjoerd posted a step-by-step to tomato leaf removing and pruning somewhere in here. It was very instructive, with photos and the works.
