My youngest is desperate for a dog, she does voluntary dog walking for the r.s.p.c.a and would love one of her own. With two cats to look after, i could never afford to look after one properly, so today, while she is visiting her nanna, i sponsered a dog for her,the dogs name is sam.
My daughter wont find out until the paperwork comes through the post.

What a great idea! We do have a yellow lab but my daughter is a huge dog lover! I think I am going to follow your lead and let her sponsor a dog, I know she would just love it and be thrilled. I just can't do anymore pets.. I have 3 kids, that keeps me plenty busy lol.
