My daughter & I discovered lots of painted lady butterflies on the zinnias out front. She caught about ten of them, sneaking up & grabbing their folded wings, then letting them go. I took some good pictures.

Butterflies are so fascinating for a kid and to be honest they still are. Great photos WTx.

They're lovely, and your daughter is the loveliest of them. I guess I'm a child since I really love butterflies. I don't try to catch them anymore, except from on camera.
