I love squirrels. I like to watch them play and climb and get into trouble...I guess you could say they entertain me.These pictures show some of the things that they do to entertain themselves..

They like to sit on top of the pergola...I just hope one of our large hawks don't make an appearance when they are up there...

Luckily no birds nesting at this time of year...

Here he is hiding...the hawk is close by..

Most of my feeders are squirrel proof so I don't worry about them ruining them. I leave extra food on the tray for them and just sit back and watch them from the window...Sherry

I'm always amazed at just how agile squirrels are. We have one that thinks nothing of climbing, at speed, on the pebble dashed walls of our neighbours house. I haven't seen it fall off yet even although there seems hardly anything for it to grip on to.

Thanks for the great sequence of photographs Sherry and I look forward to the next batch.

They chase each other across my street and back again and up and down the trees. They are so funny to watch. Really enjoyed watching yours, Sherry. Laughing

Thanks for those great photos Sherry. I know the squirrels can be destructive but they are great to watch Stew Face 2
