Funny Fern-like Plant with Seedpods? (Photos Included)

    I found this plant underneath our outside birdfeeder. I have no idea what it is and would love some help in identifying it.

    The seedpods are a littly hairy and feel oily as well.

    Did it have a yellow bloom?
    It could be a form of Hippocrepis (Vetch).
