My son took these pictures on Sunday. He made them smaller for me so I could put them on photobucket. I thought someone might like them. I have a few more that DR took today but they are still in the camera. First the hummingbird and then the iris. Dooley

Thanks for posting the beautiful photos Dooley!! I still haven't seen a hummingbird here yet! Oh well... it's nice you shared yours with us!!! I think your purple irises are gorgeous!!

Thanks! I have purple, yellow and white. I didn't plant any yellow ones. Somehow I get flowers I don't plant. I have some to post tomorrow that changed colors. Dooley

Dooley I really like the way you've planted those iris - they look soooo natural.  The hummingbird is gorgeous. If I put out a sugar/water mixture in the summer I get different butterflies visiting. Not quite as good as your hummingbirds but still nice to look at.

I'm really loving that hummingbird photo Dooley, looks like he is posing especially for the camera. Irises look splendid as well  Thanks for posting!
