EJ, first how's your finger doing?
I think I can 'wing it' without a pattern for that second sweater with a few questions.
The front (and possibly the back too) is all one piece with a row of purl stitches to give the appearance of two seperate pieces?
And that 'join' is right at the beginning of the arm hole?
Are the armholes shaped, meaning the cap of the sleeve is to be shaped too?

Hi Toni,
Yes, all one piece from bottom rib to neck with a couple of rows of purl across the chest to give the effect of seperate pieces.
Yes, purling starts at begining of armhole shaping.
As for the armhole shaping, there is a decrease, the the jumper continues straight with no more decreasing so the top of the sleeve isn't shaped, it is quite a square looking jumper.
So sorry I couldn't find the darn pattern. I have been through them all and am very frustrated. Anyhow, hope that helps.

Thanks for the answers EJ. I think it should be fairly easy to get it done, I just need to take some measurements.
I like the green cardigan and hat. They look like a fun pair to wear, nothing stodgy about those.

i knit too ej, since i was a kid!
love your sweaters and that last one, green, and hat are really pretty and look so comfy!
i'm into socks and hats and gloves right now.
i crotchet a bit. just learned a few years ago. finally found someone who was very patient to teach me!!!
