OOOOh that is very hard to say. I like everything that everybody has already listed. I really like those fresh veggies you can eat right out of the garden.

That's a hard one, but it's a toss up for me. It's either sweet corn picked fresh and grilled on the bbq the way my husband does it.
I know I'm a northern girl, but I love okra from the South. It doesn't matter if it's fried, tossed into some soup, or sliced raw in a salad. I love it.

Hard to pick just one, so I'll say tomato but that could change, probably to hot pepper

Still tomatoes. Much as I love all veggies, tomatoes trump anything.

This is tough. I usually grow Tomatos and Peppers. But my dad loves those. I'd say Celery. I love the flavor of it. It's hard to grow in hot climates like here in Texas.

My favorite vegetable is artichoke. We can't grow them here in New Jersey, but I grew up in the Salinas Valley in Calif., about 12 miles from Castroville, the "Artichoke capital of the world". A close second is cauliflower (with cheese, of course!).

Hmmmmm. I'd say my favorite veggie to eat is asparagus (or maybe eggplant). DH doesn't / can't eat either so they are a real treat for me.
My favorite to grow id pole beans. I love watching those vines run up the poles!
