Hi Kume and welcome to the stew from east Texas. The photographs are beautiful. I can understand why you are needing green! Good luck in getting your permit.

Hi Kume from a very warm Kuwait. I am keeping my fingers crossed for your balcony. Keep us posted on that. I have terraces with big planters but I miss having a "real" garden. Good luck to you!

I recently moved into an apartment on the top floor, but right when you open the front door the stairs go directly up from the bottom so I have about two feet of porch & grass. I'm waiting for them to say something about my two shepherd's hooks and my butterfly decal in the "yard". Hrmpf.
Welcome, by the way!
