While at the vet, we overheard a man talking about how years ago he was involved with a medical study that discovered honey can take away drunkenness.

my mum bought me a jar of honey that i have sitting in the pantry...
so it never goes bad eh? thats pretty cool..

Honey will never go off, allegedly they found honey buried in the tombs in India and it was still edible.

The old guy I buy my honey from told me when it crystallizes set it in a pan of warm water. DO NOT PUT IT IN THE MICROWAVE!! I guess that kills all the good things in it. oops Embarassed

The best alternative to sugar.

I love apple cider with honey and water before breakfast, this lowers cholesterol.
