Today, our Peter Pan Lilies started to bloom. They were here when we moved here and the first year had no blooms. There were a few the next couple of years. This year there are fourteen buds. Today, some bloomed so DR took some pictures. Dooley

They do have a scent but not strong like some lilies. It's very delicate and nice. Dooley

Well, I didn't know what they were so I asked the neighbor because he has some and he told me they were Peter Pan Lilies. However, we always learn things we didn't know. I'll have to tell my neighbor what it is that he has. I wonder how he knew what they were. I'll have to ask him. Dooley

i bought a pot of agapanthus last fall and planted down in the back yard. It's just started growing. Now, I can't wait to see what it looks like. I have never had it either. I have decided not to ask my neighbor about the Peter Pan Lilies. He's old and rather set in his ways and I don't think the name of a plant is worth ruining a friendly relationship with a neighbor. Thanks for the new information though. Dooley

Dooley it really doesn't matter what the plant is called just enjoy it as it's a real beauty.
I love white flowers in a garden as they act as a foil for stronger colours and are almost luminous as the light fades.
