It is a Nikon D700 and I was using a 70 - 200 mm zoom lens. Not sure how to describe the size but it is rather heavy.

I am now with canon. Now is the 70-200 zoom lens the original on the camera?
Or did you purchase it separately?

I thought mine was heavy at first..

No it did not come with it. Only the body without lens. I bought the lens separately.

Gardengirl - yeah! I think it only exist in cool country. I read that its a Golden pheasant poult but I may be wrong.
