Asian Fairy Bluebird ( photo / image / picture from songlim18's Garden )
I reckon this is Asian Fairy Bluebird. Please correct me if I am wrong. I was in Sydney in January 09 and husband caught this beauty perched on a tree.
Black and White Pelican ( photo / image / picture from songlim18's Garden )
I found this Black and White Pelican at Lake Belvedere. A quiet and pleasant lake at Sydney Olympic Park.

I was missing in action for about a month in the new year. I missed all of you and Garden Stew. I was on vacation in Sydney (Australia) with family for a week, and back to reality / work again on 30 January!  Lot's to catch up.
I am so glad it is so easy and a breeze to load photos with My Gardens now. In the past, I had to use a 3rdparty website and find cumbersome.
Frank, thank you for this wonderful feature! Keep improving ....

What a beautiful, vibrant blue the Asian bluebird is Songlim. Pelicans can only be seen around here if we visit a zoo so it's lovley to see one in the wild. Thank you for sharing your photographs with us all.

the Asian Fairy Bluebird has a creepy circled eyes, but I love her blueish colors except her face ~_~
