for now! He will be back to install a tubular skylight when it gets warm and he will install a mirror over the sink. There is some small trim to be installed after some painting is done. Here are the grand finish pics!

The trim around the doors and windows and the base board will be done in a brown to match the cabinets. The chair rail will be a dark blue to match the chairs. And the soffit above the cabinets will be dark blue also. The paneling below the chair rail will be a lighter shade of blue. The paneling above the chair rail will stay white.

I'm wondering why you feel you need a sun tunnel as we call them here, noticed you have windows in your kit.? we do not so we have 2 sun tunnels one near breakfast room and one in kitchen, however our kit is and interior kit.,no windows at all. wondering about the mirror, have seen mirror backsplashes but your tile Bsp., looks very nice? so why a mirror?

What you can't see in these pictures is the enclosed porch. Without the lights it is very dark in there. The mirror will just be in the alcove area. It reflects the light back into the room plus you can see what is going on in the driveway in reverse. We had one in the old kitchen roo. The light tube will be set just out from the sink and will increase the natural light in the room.
