Does any one know the best way to plant seed for Angel Trumpets? I have read several articles and some say they need a long time to germinate, but they don't say how long of a time. I also need to know if they need to be started inside or outside. And any other information you may have on this.

I've just planted some Datura which is related to Brugmansia and read that the best thing is to start inside and will take at least 3 weeks to germinate.
