Lettuce is doing well

The lettuce that I planted in the tub is doing well. It isn't growing as fast as the package says. I bought another tub the other day and will start some more I think.


As soon as I finish the front flower bed I will start one around the windmill, I think. It's still a bit early to plant annual flowers. We've been having some 80 deg days but those are not the norm for this time of the year. It's only going to b in 60's this weekend. down into 30's at night.

The lettuce is looking good. You will be having delish salads before you know it.

 

I have to say that lettuce looks very tempting.

Those lettuces look very nice. I agree with you that it's a good idea to plant more later because if you stagger the plantings you will not have all of your lettuces ready for harvest at the same time.
