I am going to plant broccoli, Romaine lettuce, Strawberries, onions, and bush green beans. I was wandering what is taller than what so I can plant the tall stuff in the back and the smaller in the front so I can see them all from my window?

Depending on the varieties, I would guess the order tallest to smallest would be:
Broccoli, Romaine, Onions, Beans and then Strawberries.

Don't forget to think about where the sun is when planting. I would suggest that you orientate your planting scheme to the sun primarily, as you don't want the sunlight to be blocked from reaching the lower plants.

Well actually I did not think of that but as luck has it the way I planted them works out. The tall ones are not blocking the short ones.Well thanks, I will be thinking of that from now on.
