IT was so hot for the past week and my dogs either swim

or just lie around.

Over the weekend friends came visiting - however I think they just visited my swiming pool.

That "little" dog of yours looks very big, and I guess she made a big splash in there. Laughing I love the photo of Snoopy. I hope he didn't dig up your Gazanias.

Hehehehe - She is called Little Pan since she came after Pan and Pan was a ultra huge German shepherd. But she is much bigger than Snoopy. She weighs in at 36 kg and Snoopy at 3,5 kg.

Luckily I do not have to worry about Snoopy flatenning the Gazanias since I actually leave a space for him in the flower bed. It is his fav. spot to relax when he is not out hunting lizards or gardening with me.

She does love making a huge splash.

Too true Netty, I have had visitors almost every second night of last week as well.

Dogs know how to keep cool on hot days. Just find a cool spot and lay down and sleep. Chance does not like water so you won't find her near a pool but she does know the shady spots to sleep. Your Little Pan looks cool and so does Snoopy. dooley

Our old Labrador would have loved to join Little Pan and Snoopy either in the pond or in garden. I love watching children and dogs playing in a pool together. Stew Face 1

Snoopy is so cute. Dogs have the ability to find the cool and shady spots. Looks like everyone is having a good time.

Glad the dogs have a place to cool off. It is tough for many people to keep their pets cooled off during the summer especially those who live in the south where it stays 80-100 all summer.
