I forgot to start a new crop of seedlings last spring to have blooming plants for this summer. So I planted them in August and grew them indoors over winter. They're looking a little sad right now with drooping leaves, some with dry spots on them. I live in zone 3 so safe outdoor planting is still 7-8 weeks away. I'm wondering if I should let this biennial freeze and restart them in spring or set them out when safe to keep growing nonstop. I've never tried them that way before so any advice would be welcomed. Thanks Brad.
