This weekend has been a busy, breathless experience. We've had a two-day riding club do with dressage and jumping on Saturday and driving on Sunday. We participated both days, and I must confess that I'm well pleased.

Here's me on Truls after having completed the Green Card dressage riding:

Then on Sunday it was Gabriella's turn. Our youngest groomed in the dressage driving:

Finally we started precision driving, with our middle girl as groom. We were allowed to dress up, and chose pink princess dresses to go with the white princess pony. Laughing

We got second place in the dressage driving, and were very pleased. The precision driving didn't go too well this time, but never mind. There will be other dos and we lost to good drivers.

Thank you! Very Happy Now I can get my Rider's License and got to other clubs' dos as a participant. The license rules are very strict. Both horses have passports, but Gabriella will need a horse license before we're good to go. She loves the precision classes, so that's what we'll be doing.

Great job. I love your uplifting story, especially the princess part, and the horses are wonderful.

Thanks Palm Tree. Very Happy I'm glad they've got the strict rules. At least then we can be certain there's no changing around of look-alike ponies. Laughing There has been a bit of that earlier you see. And we're fairly certain the rider/driver knows what he's doing too.

Ah, now it makes sense. Clever since some people might want to cheat..
ANd it also makes sense from a safety point of view in that both riders and horses know what they are doing.
OK, take the schlep back. Wink
