The birds in the yard have been changing....some stay all year like the American goldfinch, the Blue Jay and the Mourning doves, and sparrows to name a few..the red hatters or common redpolls are gone for now. I love walking outdoors and hearing the birds singing...

Those are lovely shots, Sherry. I don't have a good enough camera to take pics of my birdies here, but we get mostly the same kinds. Do you get the cedar waxwings up there? I always have a large flock of them come through here at the end of February and they stay through the beginning of April or so. I'm not sure where they go after that. They are one of my favorites. If you could ever get a pic of them, I would love to see it.

jakrum....yes we get the cedar waxwings but later in the summer. I do see them but they are not here every day.....
