Hello,

Here is a geometridae moth photographied at Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada (near Vermont, USA) last August 22nd. I think it is Lambdina fiscellaria but would like to get a confirmation of it as I'm new with Moths...

Thanks again!

Michel

Yes I think your photograph is of a Western Hemlock looper - Lambdina fiscellaria lugubrosa (Geometridae) Michel. Very Happy

Thank you very much Eileen for your confirmation. Other forums confirmed me also this species... Smile

Cheers,

Michel
