Thanks to Pricklypear for the information about reptiles carrying Salmonella. I also ensure I wash the plates and utensils although already clean to be sure there are no traces of bacteria. Gee, I am getting paranoid.

Hi songlim, we have the same problem here in Kuwait. The lizards do get inside once in awhile. I always catch them and release them outside, they help me get rid of bugs I do not want out there. While I appreciate their hard work in the gardens, I do not appreciate seeing one indoors- or any other crawly thing! I do a lot of screaming when I first see one indoors and then calm down and try to find someone to catch it and move it outside. Occasionally I have to do this myself and it is not one of the more pleasant tasks, is it?
