At last I have started shrinking some of the piccies I took so here are a few from our hols.

The three amigos! This was our pool for the week.

All gardens have at least one orange tree, but they tend to be bitter oranges, more like seville oranges which we would use to make marmalade.

I loved the palm trees along the beach road. On our first day there was a brisk sea breeze ruffling my hair and the palm fronds. Smile

And this beauty was outside the castle at Moraira. I love the way the fronds had been cut cleanly to create the white collar.

At either end of the beach were rocky outcrops. In fact, where we were there weren't many sandy beaches, just a few small coves.

The locals catching supper.

Moraira port where the rich and lovely people moor their yachts whilst they go off for champagne and paella.

Jessica being Joan Collins. Smile

I love the fact that cacti are used as general bedding in planting schemes.

This was a new building in Valencia called the City of Science and Arts and it is where we went to the ocean zoo.

Now, I have more, lots more...question is....do you want to see a few more??

See a few more - certainly not!! Shocked We want to see loads more. Mr. Green

Sun, sea, sand and palm trees - who could possibly ask for more? That swimming pool would be well used if I had been there.

P.S. The first photo is the cutest family shot. That would be adorable blown up and framed. You really captured a great moment.
