The weather here has been a roller coaster lately to say the least! But I think I found a few signs of spring...
The first Crocus

The first Daffodils

The first Magnolia bloom

The first foal of the year at the farm next door. This little colt is about 12 days old here

Netty do you ever get to actually see the babies being born? When we lived downstate some friends of ours had horses across the road and 2-3 differant times we were able to go to the barn and watch them be born.
Your flowers are pretty. My daffy's are just blooming But it seems threir late to what everyone else has around me.

No Petunia, I've never seen a foal being born. They seem to arrive in the middle of the night when I am sleeping. I just love going to see the new foals...they are so cute and clumsy when they are new. They are like that until they grown into their legs lol So cute!

Soooo beautiful, Netty. I really like the richness of colour in your fotos. They make me feel good just seeing them.
The foto of that little foal is quite charming.

Thanks for the comments all. The foal is my neighbors. This little guy still doesn't have a name as far as I know, but he has a new little friend...

They are expecting 3 more foals this spring.
