I guess I have to wake up and look out early to get a picture of the cardinal here....but I did have two males fly into the tree close to me in the afternoon but as I reached for the camera, they flew away.

Great shot and a beautiful bird. Looks like one I had on my deck rail yesterday. Of course no camera!
