Thank you very much ..
NO we are only allowed memorial day an one week.
They must all go off cause they cant mow lawn quickly.
None allowed the rest of the year.. Howeve you can put them on the stone on top.. They dont allow large stones either..

Barb, that was a nice comment to make re: the prayer being just as good as a flower... sometimes I do wish I could put a flower...
