Here is a planter I made up for my Parents memorial day gravesites.

I had to purchase blooming plants over a week ago, they were much smaller then. I am hoping the get larger by memorial day.. Only allowed on one week.
Sad

I started with 1 spike 2.00
1 white geranium
2 white Imps
3 red/white Petunias
Planter was 1.00

So for $12.00 do you think I made a mistake ?

I made it up as I went along..

I like it. Its basically the same as I do. We use flowers surrounding a spike in the middle. Yours is done very nicely.

I think it is lovely, just lovely. It is nice that you can take care of your parents' space that way, too.

You betcha, B. My parents' graves are in other states too far for me to care for... Your planter will look very pretty!

That's a very nice-looking planter, Barb. It's plain to see that you took your time with making it. I like your choice of red and white.

Well I think it is lovely. A lovely choice of colours, subtle, yet pretty and perfectly balanced.

Can you not put flowers on their grave throughout the year then? I have never heard of this before.

I think you did an excellent job.
