Yes Droopy has got it right again. Very Happy Trailing Abutilon (Abutilon megapotamicum) or Chinese Lantern.

Poppy, I am curious where you call home! And if the climate would be similar to Texas. Just wondering if the Rose and Chinese Latern would grow in Texas. Question
