Yes Droopy has got it right again. Trailing Abutilon (Abutilon megapotamicum) or Chinese Lantern.
A real beauty.

I do love that plant.I have a packet of the seeds and wonder if they would
grow well in Texas.

Poppy, I am curious where you call home! And if the climate would be similar to Texas. Just wondering if the Rose and Chinese Latern would grow in Texas.
