My friend calls this "ice plant", but it isn't the succulent ground cover that I'm familiar with by that name. Any help identifying is greatly appreciated. Smile Suzanne

Could be cineraria Suzanne but difficult to say without a photo. Is it possible you could post a photo?

I am pretty certain it might be Stachys byzantina(Bunnies ears, Lamb's tongue). Fully hardy perennial.
