Oh boy I have 2 I love.
1) Just put ribs in a slow cooker with enough of you favorite BBQ sauce to cote or more if you like and put on love 8-9 hours. No need for a knife on these.

2)My favorite way is I wrap them in foil and bake in the oven at 350 for 1 hour, or you could boil them same time it's up to you. Then (If at all possible get wood to smoke on grill) and place a cookie cooling sheet on top of a cookie pan, so ribs can drip there drippings and not mess up your grill. Put flame on low on one side of grill and the cookie sheet with ribs on top on the other side. Baste every 15 minutes with your favorite BBQ sauce for an hour or longer flipping as you baste. The longer the better. Oh and ENJOY!!
