Im told its a Rock Rose then a neighbour says no its not its a Dog Rose help please thank you

I'd go with dog rose Poppy as it looks exactly like the ones we have growing around here.

OH! Don't mention black spot... I noticed it too, but then lately, that is my preoccupation.
Really pretty blossom nevertheless, Poppy, and I hope it gets over the spot.

Can black spot be killed with a bleach/water solution in a sprayer? I know homes are power washed in bleach without killing grass or plants and it's said to actually be good for killing the bugs. I was just wondering about the plant above.

Its real a pretty bloom.I have blackspots on my roses too.I spray with milk.
