What are these mid-evil looking "things" on my plant?

    What are these mid-evil looking "things" on my pla

    Hello, see the pics below, they look like mini-turtle shells...I have never seen a bug like it!! Anyone know what it is?

    It does appear to be some type of scale doesn't it... Yuck. :scheming:

    Looks like some sort of 'scale' to me too.

    Whenever I noticed scale on my indoor plants, I would take a q-tip, dip it in rubbing alcohol and drench each one of the scale. Then it would die.

    Scale is a bug living under a hard shell.

    Thanks everyone! And thanks for the tip about the rubbing alcohol too, I had scraped each one off and squished the little buggers.
