Hi There everyone, this is my first thread.
My peach tree at the moment is covered in green shield bugs, they don't seem to be doing any damage,in fact I think they may be eating some aphids.
Can anyone confirm whether I should get rid of the bugs or not and what damage are they doing if any?
Thanks in advance
Bob

Hi there Bob and welcome to GardenStew.
Very Happy
Shield bugs feed by sucking sap from a wide range of plants but generally don't cause noticeable damage to cultivated plants, even when numerous.

That's great, thanks Eileen,I will let the flycatchers and shrikes "polish them off" when they arrive back next month.
