The leaves might be described as somewhat silvery. I cropped the earlier picture to make more of a close-up. Unfortunately, it's a bit out of focus.

It looks like what we call 'Snow in Summer' here in Scotland.

It has never flowered, however, it does look like this, which is labeled Cerastium Snow in Summer.
