Hi and welcome to GardenStew.

Okra does take 50-60 days to harvest after planting but if you have not even seen any flowers or flower buds there could be some problems in either their growing conditions or the quality of the seed.

Over crowding the plants will result in thin plants with few if any pods.

They need full sun and rich, well drained soil. They are not picky about the pH but they don't like heavy, soggy soil. They do handle drought pretty well but require deep watering about every 7-10 days.

Too much nitrogen in the soil inhibits pod production.
Even tho Okra is a hot weather vegie, temperatures above 90deg F can prevent pollination.

If the plants have produced flowers but no pods it could be the result of temps above 95deg.F

The age of the seeds you planted could be a problem too.
If you planted seeds you saved from last year and the plants you grew last year were hybrids, then the seeds are most likely sterile and won't produce a crop at all.
