This moth is about the size of the width of your little fingers finger nail, about 3/8 inch. Pretty colors, colours for our european friends.Carcina quercana, Oak-skeletonizer moth.

What a pretty thing your moth is - it looks as though it's wearing a fur coat. Razz We have tiny moths here too but none as attractive as yours.

Well.. skeletonizing an oak sounds like a big job for such a tiny fellow!
