I was taking pictures because I have so much action going on at the hummingbird feeder. I think I have 3-4 different little ones.

Here an oriole thought he could sneak a drink but later decided he needed to go back to the oriole feeder.

I can see why you do, Sherry... Gosh you do get some wonderful shots of all the action. The hummingbirds are awfully cute. I had never seen one still enough to see their features. In the 4th Oriole pic, he looks like he's saying "Busted again!"

Great pictures as always....it has been a real strange season for us here, we have pratically not even had summer, the hummers are still around but definitely NOT coming to the feeders like they did last year, even the orioles and finches etc have been fewer in numbers as well. I mis watching them :<( Perhaps due to the fact that it has been cooler out and chillier nights...i dunno they just don't seem to be coming. With the expection of this weekend we've been walluped with the heat and the humidity hitting the 90's with the humidex feeling more like 115 degrees (thats when I hibernate in the central air)LOL...UGH
