I ran across a site online where this lady used it to stain her concrete floors. Its so beautiful.
I ws thinking about trying this on outside concrete, such as the sidewalk, stepping stones and garden stones Im making form concrete (come winter).
Does anyone have any experience with this?

I don't have any experience with this product but make sure, before you buy it, that it is completely weatherproof and will last for years outside in all weathers
What colour are you thinking of getting? It certainly sounds like a good idea to me so I hope you'll post photographs if you decide to go ahead and purchase it.

I don't have any experience with it either, but at home stores such as Home Depot and Lowes, they have the stain for outside work. I would check with them for specifics on the best time of the year to use it.

Well, Copperas is acutally Iron Sulfate. It discolors the concrete to a mottled rusty color. It takes on a stone look. So nice looking.

I dont want to paint the walks or stain them with just anything. Most stains for concrete dont last in this kind of heat so I was looking to discolor it.

Sorry, I didn't mean to say stain. Meant to say the stores that I mentioned have the product that will give you the look you are talking about. I think it looks very good. If you try it, be sure and post some pics.

I didnt mean to come off rude or anything, if thats how you took it. Im sorry.
It doesnt matter anyways now. I cant find the iron sulfate anywheres. I went to Lowes and Home Depot.

There is a product on the market for making your own concrete stain.
I saw mine at Garden Works, and the website saw it at Ace Hardware. I think you can find it at most garden sites.
