Christer I think your beautiful blue flowers are Solanum Laciniatum/Kangaroo Apple/Poroporo.

well, i googled to see more pics.
all the pics i found were lila/purple flowers, some with a little yellow in the middle.
looks like this photo above was ... heavily digitally engineered ???
what i see is a perfect blue...
