Having had all his first vaccinations we thought it was time to introduce Toby to the garden. At first he was very wary but soon gained confidence chasing leaves and flies. Here are a few photos.

Toby is growing into a very handsome cat with those markings of his Gardengirl. He certainly seems to be taking an interest in everything around him. The garden must seem like a great, big jungle to him but he's got courage and looks as though he's quite the intrepid explorer. Very Happy

He takes his adventuring very seriously too, judging by the expression on his face! He's very handsome. Beautiful coloration.

Thanks for the nice comments. He certainly is growing into a handsome cat, hope it continues. The funny thing is that he wont venture out into the garden unless Busby is with him. He keeps running back inside but directly Busby goes out there he becomes much more bold Smile

It's wonderful to see animals develop friendships, isn't it? I wish my two kitties were more fond of one another. Well. Austin LOVES Missy. Missy couldn't care less about Austin though.

What a handsome cat! Keep the photos coming. Just watch out though. Cats can be very playful, and you need to make sure they don't take "fun" too far!

Awww, I really like your Toby. I have always wished for an orange or cream cat, but so far the cats that have chosen me are black and white, with one tabby exception.

He is so cute...I haven't let my cat outdoors ...I am worried she will try to dart out then with the dogs all the time..and she is getting at my inside plants so I really have to watch her so she doesn't chew on things.

I worried about Toby going outside but he is quite nervous if there is a noise he comes running back in. He is getting more adventurous however in the garden and I have to keep an eye on him in case he ends up in the pond. He also goes after my indoor plants. He likes hooking the earth out and getting it all over the carpet.
